Delivery Policy

Deliveries are made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of the order. The delivery times indicated when confirming the order are for reference only and correspond to the average order processing times.

Karitale will provide the buyer with the parcel tracking number by email. The buyer will be delivered either to their home address or to a pickup point, depending on the option chosen when validating the order. In case the buyer is absent at the time of home delivery, the carrier will leave a delivery notice. In such cases, the carrier reserves the right to drop off the parcel at a nearby pickup point. The risks associated with transport are borne by the seller until the products arrive at the buyer’s address.

The buyer is required to check, in the presence of the carrier, the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods upon delivery. In case of damage during transport, any complaint must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.

If the buyer does not collect the order from the pickup point within the allotted time, they will be required to pay the delivery fees again for the parcel to be resent.

Delivery fees also include order preparation costs.

Delivery fees (for mainland France) are as follows:

• Pickup point delivery: €4.50 (free for orders over €60)

• Home delivery: €8.50 (free for orders over €100)
