"bonjour, le soin est trés bien, génial, en ce qui concerne le flacon, il est trés rapidement hors de service, le système servant à impulser le soin démélant fonctionne trés mal, ou voir plus. Amélioration à faire à ce niveau, j'ai été obligé de racheter un flacon vide avec le même principe et verser le soin à l'intérieur."

"J'ai les opposés : une jument sans crin et un shet très fourni. Les 2 vivent au pré et . . . je vois les effets sur leurs crins dès la 1ère utilisation. Je tiens également à souligner le geste commercial de me renvoyer un produit suite au problème sur le 1er (spray ne fonctionnant pas). C'est tout bête mais rien que pour cela je recommanderai des produits sans hésiter."

"J’ai une jument avec des crins hyper épais et nombreux. La plupart du temps , j’en arrache en brossant la crinière et la queue. J’ai testé le démêlant karitale et c’est incroyable. Je laisse « agir » 5 minutes et je brosse à l’aide de la brosse spéciale , c’est miraculeux. Plus un seul noeud . Je recommande vivement pour faciliter l’entretien et garder de beaux crins"
